You provide: name, email, phone, address, donation details (via our payment processor), event RSVPs, volunteer interests, survey responses, and messages sent to us.

From partners: contact lists or public voter files where permitted by law.
Send updates, event invites, volunteer/donation requests, and campaign news.
Process donations and comply with applicable campaign-finance laws.

Successors: if campaign assets or operations transition (e.g., new committee), subject to this policy.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails and/or texts from the Campaign. Texting: Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We may confirm your opt-out. We honor email unsubscribe links.
Online contributions are processed by our payment vendor. We do not store full payment card numbers. Donation information may be publicly reported as required by election law.
Opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link; opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Do Not Track/Ad choices: adjust cookie settings or use platform ad preferences.
Access/Update/Delete: contact us (see below). We may need to retain certain records for legal compliance (e.g., donations).
We keep information as long as needed for campaign activities and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure.
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
We operate in the United States and follow U.S. and North Carolina laws. If you visit from outside the U.S., you consent to U.S. processing.
